why do people sometimes get away with selling replica handbag in ebay?

Hey all,

I don't understand why some people get away with selling what is clearly fake Louis Vuitton handbags on ebay and their items are never taken down? Whereas I can guarantee that the LV handbag I listed on ebay is authentic and yet it is still removed.

I put the title as:

Authentic Louis Vuitton Monogram Mini Lin

and also I wrote my own description of the bag, stating that I got it as a gift for 07xmas and is now needing the money to save up.

Has anyone ever listed an authentic bag on ebay and got it removed? If you had, what did you do? I have wrote quite a mean letter to ebay and asking for my item to be re-listed with no extra charge. Still waiting for their reply now.
