just seen a cuttlebug machine and am interested in purchase but dont understand the multi dies!?

Hi, am interested in making my own cards and the cuttlebug machine looks great but not sure how on a die sheet of several patterns eg:snowflakes how do you choose just one and then postition it on the paper in the correct place or do you have to emboss just a tiny piece each time and stick it on??!!

First off don't buy the cuttlebug machine. Get the Sizzix Big Shot or Big Kick. The Sizzix machine allows you to use Sizzix, Cuttlebug, Quickutz and Spellbinder die cuts. It is a much better machine.

For a multi shaped die cut you have to place the paper over which shape you want cut out. For dies that have tiny pieces- Get a Xyron machine. You feed you paper through it and it give it a sticky back. Then put it in the die cut machine to cut out your shape. Presto, everything is cut and sticky on the back.

The Cuttlebug embossing folders are meant for paper the same size of the folder, not just for one tiny snowflake.
You can use the embossing folder, then cut out a letter or shape with the embossed paper.
