How to decorate a Crayola playroom?

We are going to be buying a house with a third bedroom. We have a son and want to use the third bedroom as a playroom. Last weekend I found a crayola toy box and a crayola desk with chair. I have been coming across a lot of toys and objects that are the primary colors that would also look good.

I was wondering what colors I should paint the room, should I use stencils or wall borders, should I put in a special color carpet, and any ideas on creative decor that I could include? I want to keep the room red, yellow, blue, and green.
