Does anyone have a pattern for a 25" tabletop christmas tree made with safety pins and beads?

This tree is about 25" tall amd is made of beads and safety pins, you put a small set of christmas lights inside and it is so beautiful.

no, but I have one, my boss has made them for most of the girls in our department. Mine is red & white beads with white lights. I know you use the beads, craft wire & saftey pins. I could figure it out, but not give you a pattern.
